You may use our apps and services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with our products.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Intellectual property

All content, software, and trademarks in our products are owned by Snack Size Apps LLC or its licensors. Purchasing an app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or internal business purposes.

5. Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snack Size Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
